Refund Policy

  • Refunds can be made if the customer does the cancellation /amendment of the bookings which fall in the time limit category as per the individual Hotel Policies
  • Please connect with us for processing of refunds.
  • The refunds will be processed within 21 days period. 

To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within 07 days of your purchase. Please include your confirmation number (sent to you via email after booking) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.

BO Clause

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
