In the afternoon, explore the vibrant bazaars, where you can find an array of local handicrafts, souvenirs, and textiles. Day 3

Cherrapunjee - the wettest place on earth

Prepare for a day trip to Cherrapunjee, a town holding the title for the wettest place on Earth (at least according to some records). Upon arrival in Guwahati, spend some time browsing the local markets or exploring other historical sites like the Assam State Museum.

Farewell to the North East
